Health and Wellbeing Benefits

An increasing amount of scientific research suggests that people are more productive, creative, happy and healthy when they experience a daily connection with nature, and are interconnected with natural systems. Over the past decade, researchers and leaders in the built environment have been working to establish attributes of biophilia that can be applied to design that enhance our connection to nature and ultimately improve our wellbeing.
